We are a small team, so the fastest way to reach us is email. Messages are answered in the order they arrive, usually within one working day.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm ET. Messages sent at the weekend are answered on Monday.
What to include
An order you have placed
Include the order email address and, if you have it, the order number. We can confirm dispatch, resend tracking, change an address before dispatch, or cancel an order that has not shipped.
Returns and refunds
Tell us what you would like to return and why. We reply with return instructions the same working day where possible. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.
A product question before you buy
Sizing, materials, dimensions, compatibility, delivery timing — ask before ordering rather than guessing. If we do not know the answer, we say so rather than inventing one.
